A little about me... I'm known the Strengths Strategist™, trusted guide, loyal friend and someone who walks alongside of people, teams, and organizations to help ignite what makes them uniquely powerful. My leadership journey began as a young immigrant learning to lead myself through uncertainty of a new language and surroundings. Over the years, I was in roles that stretched me: leading in a family business at 16, a young mom raising a family with intention, teaching in classrooms, training in organizations, and eventually building a high-performing sales team of entrepreneurs from a leap of faith. That decade of experience taught me a deep truth: Leadership, at its core, is “Builder-ship”:  building people, building culture and building purpose. My career spans over two decades and I’ve had the honor of building with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, entrepreneurs, educators, and mission-driven teams across a variety of industries. 

The lessons I gained along the way came with both grit and grace. What I’ve learned is that the parts of ourselves we are tempted to hide are often the ones we are meant to IGNITE. It is my mission to help others uncover that truth to revive and restore their purpose. I’ve coached executives and teams to discover their strengths, align their values, and build what they’ve always longed for but didn’t think was possible.
